What happens after I am pain free?

At the end of each session, your Sports Therapist will give you a short list of take home advice and exercises based on your individual needs.

Once you are pain free it is encouraged that you continue working with your Sports Therapist until they classify your movement as an acceptable level based on your personal goals and lifestyle.

Regular follow up sessions are encouraged to ensure your body does not find any new movement compensation patterns.
