How many visits will I need?
The number of visits you need will depend on what your injury or dysfunction is and how you respond to the treatment protocol.
For example: A long term ACL rehabilitation plan is going to need more consistant ongoing visits whereas discomfort from sleeping in an awkward position might only need one or two sessions.
Your Sports Therapist will guide you with realistic time frames based on your individual presentation.
